"Scheduling was okay, just a little clunky"
Booking my appointment wasn’t too bad at first, I was able to get through it without any major issues, but I did have to click around more than I expected just to find a time that actually worked for me and the calendar loaded fine, it just felt a little slow in the moment.
I got the confirmation email right away which was nice, so at least I knew it went through, but when I wanted to look at changing the time it wasn’t super obvious where to go or what to do and overall it worked, it just could be a bit smoother and less confusing.

I had a few questions before getting everything set up, and I was feeling a little pressured to get it done quickly. Their support team got back to me fast, not instantly, but quicker than I thought they would.

The person I spoke with was really helpful and didn’t sound like they were just sending some copy-paste reply. They walked me through what I needed to do and even followed up after I responded again, which I appreciated.

I’m giving 4 stars because one of the replies took almost a full day, and at the time I was kind of anxious waiting on it. Still, overall it was a solid support experience and they did help me get things sorted out.

The main thing I remember is how clunky the site and app felt. I’m sure there were parts that worked fine, but what stuck with me was having to dig around to find things and the app constantly bugging me with stuff. Not the smoothest experience

"Friendly support, but a bit slow"
I had an okay experience with Legacy overall. The support person I spoke with was kind and seemed to understand why I was stressed, which I really appreciated.

The downside was that it took around a while to get clear answers. I also had to explain the same issue more than once, that got a little frustrating.

So about all I can say is the support felt caring, but the process itself wasn’t very smooth or quick. I’d give it 3 stars.

I used givelegacy.com, and from my perspective the process itself was smooth overall. The main thing that bothered me was how long the test results took. Maybe I was just being impatient, but based on what I thought the site was setting me up to expect, I ended up checking my email way more than I should have.
To be fair, support did get back to me when I reached out, which I appreciated. I just personally wish the timing had been a little clearer upfront so I wasn’t left wondering. It wasn’t a bad experience, but the waiting part definitely got on my nerves

"Sample collection was okay, just a little awkward"
The kit showed up fine, I think around a Tuesday or maybe midweek, and the instructions were mostly easy to follow. Doing the sample collection at home felt kind of awkward, but I expected that part to be a bit weird anyway.

Where I got a little stressed was figuring out the timing and packing everything back up correctly. I kept second-guessing myself and checking the steps again. Support did reply, maybe later that day or the next, I can’t totally remember, but it wasn’t super quick. Overall it was okay, just not as simple as I was hoping.

"Helpful doctor consult, just a bit of a wait"
I had a physician consultation and overall it was a good experience. The doctor was really easy to talk to and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The only downside was that I had to wait a little longer than I expected for the call, but once it started, the information was clear and helpful. A friend had recommended giving it a try, and I’m glad I did. I’d give it 4 stars.

It felt really discreet and easy to deal with. There was basically zero awkwardness, which was a huge relief because I was expecting at least a tiny bit of weirdness. Everything was simple enough that I barely had to think about it.

Not sure how to explain it, but it was one of those delays that wasn’t a huge deal, just a bit frustrating because I was ready to get started. Everything was packaged fine when it arrived, so no issues there. Overall it was okay, but the shipping speed could definitely be better
